The apartment comes fully furnished, with a sofa, love seat, 1 coffee table, 1 end table, 1 dining table with 4 dining chairs, and includes an energy efficient washer and dryer. The apartment also features a wall mounted 42 TV in the living room, free internet, and weekly pest control.

I have not had any issues living here for the past year.
