Hello! I am looking for a person to sublease my studio apartment at University Village as I have recently been promoted at my work and plan to relocate to a different state. The studio consists of one room along with a bathroom and kitchen area (consisting of sink, oven/ stove, refrigerator and cabinet space). I have lived in a 2 bedroom at University Village for the last year and enjoyed the apartment complex immensely. The rooms themselves are clean, neat and very spacious. I found the residents of the community to be considerate and quiet. I also found the staff at University Village to be extremely kind and helpful.
