Its conveniently located in Lower Manhattan, just 60 ft from the F train and a 5-minute walk to the 6 train, in a trendy and safe neighborhood.

The lease requires a minimum of 1 month, but were open to adjusting dates (e.g., a 3-week stay) if needed. Were also open to negotiating rent.
