We decided to spend 3 months in Florida from Jan thru Mar, 2020 and had contacted several realtors and also Elvera, from the Sublet website. Our intention was to spend 4 days searching for a place following a cruise. We had made an appointment with Elvera before leaving on the cruise for the day we returned. We met at the property at about 1 pm. What a delightful person! She made sure that we were aware of all of the pros and cons (not many cons) of the property and her rental terms - no surprises. Her townhouse was EXACTLY what we were looking for and we signed the lease about an hour after we arrived. Elvera is a totally honest, down-to-earth person who made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting. I would rate her as an A+ in all aspects of the transaction. Plus, we cancelled hotel reservations for the 4 days and returned home.
