The apartment is furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, hot and cold water. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. Heating and stove are electric. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment can be leased by the semester - spring or spring and summer. There is a one-time Move-in Fee of 350. Rent is 3460 per 4 weeks.
