We are also a quick 7 minute walk to the A/B/C/D at 145th and St. Nicholas. We have 2 grocery stores within 5 blocks in either direction, plenty of laundromats and corner convenience stores, restaurants (both interior and exterior seating) all within walking distance or right around the corner. We are also 3 blocks awasy from Riverbank State Park, which provides great scenery (if you are a runner or like to ride your bike), as well as a gym, an Olympic size pool and outdoor track.
