Hi! I have a lovely studio apartment conveniently located in Town Center VA Beach. It is 15 minutes to the boardwalk and 15 minutes to downtown Norfolk. I am moving to another state and looking for someone to take over the lease. It is furnished with a twin bed, rocking chair, desk and tv. Basic silverware is also included. I am moving end of April and the lease is thru September 2, 2024. New tenant would be responsible for May through September lease. Cable and utilities are included in the monthly rental bill from the apartment complex. Furniture and lease renewal/termination would be the responsibility of the new tenant.
