Hi, Im looking to sublease my room in a luxury townhouse apartment in west campus starting May (flexible). The lease will end in July 2024, and includes one reserved parking spot (this is optional and can be removed).

I only have 3 roommates even though it is a 6x6, and over the summer only 1 of them will be home.
