Great apartment 1/2 block from Central Park and Trader Joes, coffee, etc. 3-4 blocks from the subway. We are a family of 4 moving out for work reasons. Ideal for a family, but could also work for 2-3 responsibles who are quiet and respectful. One master bedroom with bathroom.
