I am looking to sublease my one bedroom one bathroom apartment at University Village in Carbondale for this coming fall 2024-summer 2025! It is a furnished one bed, one bath at university village from 8/16/2023 - 7/31/2025 .. Monthly rent is $895 and only separate utility is electricity! Apartment complex is very close to the school as well as the bars! Its a beautiful place to live with a very nice staff!!
