I am moving out out of 2bd 2ba apartment in Odenton and trying to find a replacement to avoid breaking the lease. I will pay full month of June rent as a perk.
You will have to go through background check via the rental
The apartment also has washer and dryer in unit and underground parking.
Rent is 2325/ the lease is until 03/2025. Utilities are separate. 30 for water and what ever you use for BGE.
I have almost brand new furnitures you can purchase that is in the apartment.
