Rent is based off the entire unit, so rent for the entire apartment is $3,660.10 and would be responsible for half, so $1,830.05 per month. The apartment is unfurnished so you have room to decorate and be as creative as youd like! It is on Mill Ave so it is walking distance to Mill and campus, which is great to save on parking! I have attached the floor plan and a tour I took of the model that has the exact same layout but minor changes as the actual townhome is 2 spaces over, overlooking Mill Ave!
