Hi there! Im looking for someone to sublet my furnished 2-bedroom home in East Riverside for 3-7 months from June 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.

Ill be spending the summer and fall in New England. Im flexible on the exact dates for the sublet, so long as it is a minimum of 3 months starting June or July.

Home is furnished. All personal items are removed but all furniture, cookware, etc will remain.

Home is half of a duplex, with private carport and fenced-in backyard and decorated patio slab.

You will be added to the lease as a roommate and will need to apply via the property management company. The application fee is $50. We will sign a separate agreement for the specifics of your short-term sublet.

You will NOT be able to have an additional roommate - it would be just you (or potentially you and an SO) living here and you would need to cover the rent alone for the sublet period.

We can discuss utilities but I currently pay about $200 per month for internet ($35), water, electricity ($130), laundry machine rentals. ($35), and garbage pick up. I can pay the utilities and you pay me (will forward you the bills), or we can transfer some utilities to your name if you prefer.

$1800 is LESS than what I pay for rent. Just looking to cover some of the cost of the place while I am away.
