I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease at UV 2505. Youd be moving in a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment that is furnished. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, along with amenities such as a pool and gym in the clubhouse. 1 of my roommates works at UV 2505 and owns a cat, another will not be there for the month of June and the last one is also looking for possible subleases if interested.
