This is a 22nd floor 2 bed fully furnished apartment with a 180 degree view of downtown DC, Washington monument, Pentagon city and the Potomac river. I will be moving to India during the summer and would like to sublet during summer. The apartment is 10 min from DC in Uber. Uber may cost between 10-12 $ to Downtown DC. It is steps from Virginia Square metro on orange and silver line and 4 stops to DC.. Plenty of Grocery within 6-8 min walk such as Gaint, Target, Harris Teeter. Trader Joe is walkable in about 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants. Arlington Public Library is just on the opposite side. Several parks in the surrounding area. Cannot get a better summer home. The place is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one full bed and one king bed. Two bathrooms one with a tub and another with a shower. Full laundry within the unit. All utilities are included. Business center with free printing, swimming pool, patio and gym are in the building. I dont have parking but parking can be availed for another 150 $ I think in the building.
