Hello! I am subleasing a unit located in The Crossing at Santa Fe. The apartment is fully furnished and close to the University of Florida and Santa Fe college campuses. This is an all-girls unit, which will have 4 people living there in total. Each tenant will have access to their private bathroom and bedroom. There is a $1,000 security deposit required by the apartments leasing department, but I am willing to help contribute to the payment of it after some discussion.
