HOUSE RULES:
- Maintain Apartment with care
- Respect Common areas
- NO smoking any area (if any smoke inside, the penalty is $250)
- No pets
- Parking pass will be given, and spot assigned (if lost the penalty fee is $150)
- Please close/lock door before getting out (check you have keys with you).

Please call if any issues or conflict.
- Youll need to Check-In at the Lobby of the Building to sign Rules and Regulations of the Condo.
-No too loud noises, music or loud tv.
-No parties
-Please close the doors and windows every time you leave.
-Please do not lose the elevator fob key. There is $50 fee to be replaced

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
-Please remove food items from refrigerator, place all trash in the bin provided next to the sink, make sure all windows are closed, water, stove.
