Water is included, electricity is not. Room is probably the largest private one you will find in west campus. Comes with 2 closets, 2 sinks, and 2 beds that can be put together to make a California king size bed. I lived in this apartment during the school year. I left several stuff there such as bed sheets/blanket/pillow, shower curtain, etc. I can either leave these for you or will remove them before you move in. The other room is currently empty. The rent is normally $1300 so I am giving a massive discount. I would only ask for $2000 total for june and july.
