I am subleasing my beautiful, sun-filled pre-war studio in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood on the Upper East Side for the summer while I travel in Europe. My unit is on the fourth floor and faces away from the street onto a variety of private gardens behind the building. An ac unit will be installed in the window prior to the tenants arrival. Utilities (electricity, wifi) are not included.
