Welcome to Chicago! This place is located in the Avondale community. Note that the address is not the actual address. Close by.
A comfy and stylish private room with a shared bathroom for 2 days minimum stay.
I am a FEMALE & prefer FEMALE traveler/FEMALE student/professional. Private room has a full size bed with bedding and tasteful decor.
The space is located 15 minutes from the OHare (ORD) airport, downtown and Wrigley Ville. About 0.25 miles from the blue line (runs ORD to downtown), freeway and other public transit.
12-15 min walk to Blue Line and 2-5 min walk to bus stops, street parking before 6pm but areas on main street for free parking. Please check the map before booking.
The area is perfectly situated to explore Chicago thought transit & convenient close small grocery store, laundry, dollar tree, nail salon, bakery, and close driving distance to restaurants and more!
There will be a quick tour to get you acquainted with house rules.

CHECK-IN for short term stays:
You will be greeted upon arrival and given your entry code for access to the apartment. Entrance will only be accessed through front main doors. I will provide my phone number and be available for contact during check-in and during stay we will be sharing space so feel free to ask if necessary. I will be mindful and hope you are as well in your stay excited to share space with you!
Please do not hesitate to contact me any time for any reason if you need anything or have a concern of any kind before or while the duration of your stay.
Check-in requires contact conversation. Please call 30 minutes before check-in to get access to the apartment. If there is a concern with check in time or if arrival is after 9 pm please contact me to discuss options before then.
Check-out is before 11:00 am- there will be a late check out fee

Guest access:
Private room close to the living area with a full bed and designated ample work space, no ensuite bathroom but a shared walk-in shower. Natural light and some storage space if staying a little longer.
Open living room perfect for relaxing with usage of dining area space with Hardwood floors throughout.
Access to TV- display your subscription options (Netflix, Hulu, you tube etc.)
Kitchen and fridge space and usage can be discussed for longer than two day stays.
You may turn on the electric fireplace but please be mindful of turning it off when not in use.
I look forward to sharing my home with you. I enjoy getting to know my guests but also tend to be a busy reserved person. So if keeping to yourself is your preference, you will have ample space in your room to work and relax, and I will fully respect your space and privacy.


Other Important Things to note:
Kitchen area/deck is not available for use but the backyard can be used if accessed through the outside side entrance as long as you are mindful of neighbors & keep.
Absolutely no smoking permitted inside or outside backyard areas of any kind
Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
Wi-Fi will be available soon.
I dont allow parties or extra guests of any kind. Keep in mind there is a family unit in the lower level and they do come up and linger throughout the day so it might sometimes be busy in kitchen space.
I have a pet turtle in the living area. Please be mindful of him. Pets are not accepted at this time.
Please respect the property and the fact that we have very specific insurance provisions.
I do not allow packages sent to the property for I am not held responsible for any lost packages.
