I am looking for someone to take over my remaining sublease from May 2024 up until July 25th 2024.The rent is $925/month but I receive $25/month off as part of a promotion from when I signed $900 monthly cost. This $900/month also includes the total cost of utilities and WiFi. Also, I will cover the $450 dollar fee for subleasing.

The location is ideal for any GSU, GT, Morehouse/Spelman students or easy going responsibles in Atlanta. The unit comes fully furnished, but these can be removed at request. This is the largest unit and apartment which Westmar offers, it is very spacious relative to other places I have lived in the area like U House/Modera/The Mark.
