Our recently renovated Altbau apartment (95 sq m, 1022 sq ft) in the Bavarian Quarter will be available starting June 17th! The apartment is available for a minimum of 3 months, and up to 12 months. (We would prefer a 6-12 month sublet.)

This fully furnished, recently renovated apartment features 3 rooms, as well as a renovated and fully stocked kitchen, and an updated bathroom with both a rainfall shower and tub. In the living room, youll find a big 4K TV and an attached balcony. The second bedroom can be used for guests, home office, or children. Youll also have access to the Peloton with your own account.

Lots of Altbau features (high ceilings, original parquet floors, big windows, crown molding) make this a really cozy and quite comfortable home.

The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, with broad tree-lined street and our road has limited traffic. A short walk away, youll find tons of bars, restaurants, and cafes, and nearby parks that are perfect for dogs and playgrounds for kids. The apartment is very centrally located in Schneberg and is very well connected by various public transport options.

Pets are okay, subject to approval.

We are working with an agency, which means that the apartment will be professionally deep-cleaned before you arrive and youll have access to someone who can help address any issues that may surface for the duration of your sublet.

Monthly all-inclusive cost is 2,100 EUR; this includes utilities. Security deposit is ~2 months rent.
