I am looking to sublet my studio in the Carrollton area of Uptown for late spring and summer. Studio is located behind main house on a quiet street 3 blocks from ST. Charles streetcar and Audubon Park; very near to Loyola/Tulane, as well. Its a small unit but furnished with a fully functional kitchen: fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker and all other kitchen supplies needed. Studio has loveseat, desk, and Queen bed-frame. I will be taking the mattress with me for the summer. Unit also has shower/tub combo and a small closet.

There is off-street parking and a courtyard with firepit.

Cost per month is $875 and includes all utilities except internet; though I have T-mobile and I can offer that $60/month, if need be. Duration of the sublet is flexible between May and September, but I do require a 3 month duration.
