This is unit 504 in The Hudson building in River North in Chicago. Great location and beautiful amenities (gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, grilling stations, etc). My roommate and I love the building but I recently got a new job in San Fransisco and had to move out. The apartment can either be used as a 1 bedroom with an office area / den, or be used as a second bedroom (this is how we used it). We are looking for someone to sublease the apartment preferrably through March 2025, then you would have the option to sign a new lease if you like the apartment!
