This is a nicely furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom. It has a tv , two person dining table and queen size bed. It is one of two upstairs bedrooms that have a separate entrance from the main entrance. The other upstairs bedroom is occupied by a mature professional male who is respectful and travels for work or pleasure more than half of the time. I am a professional artist who also travels frequently and live downstairs in one of two bedrooms on the main floor. Common areas include a large fully equipped kitchen with two full size fridges and stoves and plenty of cupboard space. There is a nice covered common outside dining and lounge area. This beautiful property truly has to be seen to be appreciated, so a in person of FaceTime walk through is suggested. If you are not familiar with the Kahala area (Kahala translates from Hawaiian to money :) ) so as can be expected this is an affluent, quiet, safe neighborhood 15 minutes out of Waikiki. Kahala mall is a 5 minute drive (15-20 minute walk) away. $150 Cleaning Fee
