We are seeking a lease takeover for our current apartment because we are buying a home of our own. Weve loved this unit and the neighborhood, and we hope you will too. It is a 2 bedroom (we use it as a one bedroom plus office), 1.5 bathroom, private back yard apartment, with washer dryer, dishwasher, and AC. There is a huge amount of storage (walk-in closet in bedroom, four other closets, plus a pantry). Easy street parking. 10-minute walk to the ferry, 1-minute walk to the B61 bus route, 20-minute walk to the F train. Quiet building, nice neighbords, green block. Pet friendly with landlord approval of specific pet. We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease, but we assume the landlord would also be open to a standard new 12-month lease. We have never had a rent increase since moving in. You will need a credit check to sign the lease (landlord required). Apartment was newly renovated before we moved in. Hardwood floors through living space, tile in kitchen and bathrooms.
