Sun-filled bedroom with three windows (south and east facing), large closet with built-in shelves and rod, and the most privacy of all bedrooms in the apartment.

Laundry in unit, dishwasher, balcony, close to Orange and Green Line E.

For move in: $1750 (first month and security, $812). Option to buy the furniture for $300 if you want. Other utilities (electric, gas, wifi) will be around $80 a month and are split by all roommates. Landlord may require a credit check, but this could potentially be waived by paying both months up front.
