This studio has a wonderful layout. The kitchen contains granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and ample storage space, and an IN-UNIT W/D in this newly renovated luxury building.

The neighborhood is the unspoken amenity. Right across the street is Harrys Table, and Empellon Taqueria for a lovely lunch or dinner experience. Both Riverside and Central Parks, Lincoln Center, and the multitude of high-end shopping and retail including The Apple Store, Time Warner Center, Trader Joes, Zabars, Lululemon, and Whole Foods. And a variety of trains such as the 1, A, C, B, D conveniently located within walking distance at Columbus Circle to take you wherever you need to go in the city!
