One bedroom + shared bathroom in the new Stateside apartments right in downtown Bellingham, WA. Great view from both the living room and the bedroom, with big openable windows and lots of natural light. Walkable distance from both the downtown bus station and Western Washington University, as well as the coop if you need groceries. Expansive roof patio with a great view of the bay, and there is a glass-paneled "sky lounge" located on the roof as well (an ideal homework spot!!). Fast elevators. A small market (and 24/7 free coffee) located in the lobby. Plenty of washers and driers (almost never have a problem with being able to do laundry!). 24/7 comprehensive fitness center/workout room. And thats just the building. The actual apartment comes furnished with a couch, a chair, an ottoman, a little side table, a large flatscreen TV, stools for the bar, a microwave, dishwasher, and electric stovetop (all new). The bedroom comes with a full bed, a bedframe, a set of drawers, a desk and a chair. The bathroom, shared with one other person, is pretty big and comes with plenty of storage and a large mirror. Renewed my lease before I realized I did not want to continue studying at Western, so the price for this room remains much lower than other units located in this apartment building. I recommend checking out the Stateside website for any other questions or info, and to get a better idea of what these apartments are like. Overall, I have had a really great experience here, and am very sad to leave. I hope you will appreciate this place as much as I did :)
