My roommate and I are looking to sublet our 2 bedrooms in a four bedroom apartment at Union on Broadway until the end of our lease which ends August 31st 2024. This is a great apartment but we are just anxious to find a house before the start of this next school year. My bedroom is $900/month with a detached bathroom and the other bedroom is $1000/month with an attached bathroom. The bathrooms have their own showers and bathtubs. There is also an in unit washer and dryer. The two bedrooms share a wall and are pretty detached from the rest of the apartment so if you are looking for yourself and a friend this would be a great option. The location of this apartment complex is great because it is about a five minute walk from anywhere you need to go downtown. If you are a student and wanting to renew during the Fall 2024 term the apartment is just a 10-15 walk to campus! There is also a bus stop adjacent to the building. The two other girls who live here are named Eva and Lindsey and are both very sweet and approachable!
