This is a two-month summer sublease (July-August) of a private bedroom in a 2BR/1BA apartment located in a beautiful student residence at 20 Rebecca St in the heart of downtown Hamilton. You can continue leasing the room directly from the building management after the sublease ends.

The price for the sublease is $995 CAD per month, which includes water. Electricity, internet, and renters insurance are not included.

The apartment comes fully furnished, and youll have access to many great amenities in the building, including a gym, games room, and social room. Youll also enjoy the convenience of in-building laundry facilities, making your stay hassle-free.
