Hi, I am reletting my student apartment at 4050LOFTS. It is a 4 bedroom apartment with a private bedroom and private bathroom. USF campus is about half a mile from the apartment and there is also a bus stop right in front of the entrance. Room comes with a desk, a tv, two closets, and two sets of two drawers underneath the bed. From the main room there is a door to the balcony which faces the pool. Rent is $909 a month and there is also a one-time $200 application fee to be approved for the lease.
