I am subleasing this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Inman Square for the summer months of July and August only. Utilities (gas and electric) are not included. Management company pays for water and trash pick up. The unit is furnished with kitchen table and 4 chairs, 1 small sofa and one sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand and a big screen smart TV, and mattresses in each of the 3 bedrooms. All mattresses are protected with bug-repellent covers. Each bedroom has a closet, and there is a closet in the living room as well. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has its own A/C window unit, an additional window unit in the living room, and a ceiling fan in every room except the kitchen. There are communal laundry facilities in the basement. The unit is located right in Inman Square, about half a mile from the Union Square T stop, and about 1/3 mile from major bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores close by. Harvards main campus is approximately a mile away, Boston University is about 1 and a half miles away, and MIT is about a mile away. One off street parking spot is available for an additional 100.00 USD per month. Pets allowed, no smoking.
