We need to move back home out of state due to unexpected family situations but have been struggling to find someone to take over our lease.
We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease for a 1 bed/1 bath unfurnished apartment. It is located on Galleria Way and Frye Rd (next to Costco and by Chandler Fashion Center).
The lease ends in March 2025 with the option to renew after that.
BASE RENT is $1551/month plus utilities, water, and valet trash.
- We also rent a storage unit (across the hallway from the apartment) for an additional $50/month, BUT you can always take it off the monthly rent if you dont need it.
The apartment is located on the second level (above a garage but noise is not an issue), 728 sq ft. Elevators are within the buildings. Washer/dryer in the unit, stainless steel appliances, gas stove top, and Dwelo smart technology in the apartment (controls door lock, thermostat, and lights). The apartment has been well-kept and cleaned. Neighbors are friendly and always considerate about the noise, so its a quiet location.

- Available to move in this month! We just ask for a couple of days ahead of your move-in date to move out our things and have the place cleaned).
-June rent has already been paid, so you wouldnt need to pay rent until July!
-We will also offer $300 after successfully completing the application process and the lease is signed.
- You will need to apply and qualify through the leasing office. The income to qualify is 2.5 times the BASE RENT. Must be able to pass a background check and provide income verification. The application fee (per person) is $50.
- NO additional move-in security deposits are needed. We already covered all deposits at the beginning of the lease and are not asking for any of them back.
