Hi Everyone! I am looking for a lease take over with the option to re-sign at my current 2 year resident rate. Its a 1 Bed 1 Bath (Classica floor plan, main building) at Roadrunner Apartments on McDowell. My current lease is up 08/21 but I have until 06/11 to re-sign for 7 months, 1 year, or 14 months. Which is why I want to find someone ASAP.


I have a very desirable, quiet, pet friendly unit with a great view/balcony, In unit W/D, walk in closet, great covered parking spot and am devastated to leave this apartment but hope I can find someone to love it as much as I have!
My current rent is $1898 base or $2032 a month after all taxes and fees. Depending on what day you can move in June we would split this by day, then July + August (Pro rata) would be yours. After August 21st, you have the option to sign for 7 months at $2215 base, 12 months at $1908 base, 14 months at $1898 base or month to month at $3102 base.


*Roadrunner is notoriously full and very hard to find any available units, let alone where this one is located. The front office informed me they would be raising the rent on this unit by $300+ if they were to re-list it themselves, I unfortunately need to move back to CA and dont want to eat 3 months worth of rent.
