Our beautiful apartment on Starbuck Island can be rented for $1700/month starting on June 15th through at least September 30th, with an option to extend for another year. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom ground floor apartment with 750 square feet of space, built in 2021. It has a large l-shaped kitchen, a walk-in closet, and a full-sized washer and dryer. There are two gyms, a pool, a community room, pickleball courts, and underground parking. The apartment is located on Starbuck Island, only a few minutes walk from downtown Troy, where there are many restaurants, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and one of the areas largest farmers markets. Sage College and RPI are just a few minutes drive away, and Latham and Albany are an easy commute.

You would be taking over the rest of our current lease, through September 30th, at which point you would have the option to renew the lease with the property owners. The sublease must be approved by the property owner, which will require an application and background check. This is a great rental option for either a short-term summer stay in Troy, or a longer term renter.
