The living space maintained and provided by Gabrielle has been accommodating, warm, welcoming, efficient, incredibly clean, and peaceful. There is a pleasant view of Central Park directly outside my bedroom window. We are mutually respectful of our spaces private and shared. Anything that needs tending or fixing is addressed right away. The building is situated in a beautiful part of the city, convenient to several MTA options. The building is safe. Laundry is conveniently located in the basement. If I were not taking extended contracts out of town this spring and summer, I would continue this lease.

Rented/sublet Gabrielles apartment as a pied--terre for two years while traveling back and forth to Florida. I had my own private bedroom and private bath. The room is huge; the apt. is beautiful and always spotless.
She was extremely respectful, considerate, never intrusive and responsive to any requests I had. I found her to be a truly genuine and caring person. I couldnt have been more fortunate to have found such an incredible living situation. I would highly recommend her as a landlord.
