Monthly price: $1,400. Having lived here for 3 years, I have paid cleaners to completely clean the space. It is spotless.

The space is two stories (see floor plan below), with an in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, and 1.5 bathrooms. The furniture is all gone except the couch, ottoman, and blue chair.

The apartment 3D tour, model A5L, can be viewed at the Marcella Memorial Heights website. I took photos, but the 3D tour is definitely better.
