$2000/mo - Seeking roommate (male preferred) to rent 1 large bedroom with private balcony for rent in my 2 bed/3 bath/3 floor townhouse in Mar Vista/Culver City. Bedroom for rent has private bathroom. Guest bathroom is located off the living room.

High ceilings, huge windows, tons of natural light. 3rd floor loft acts as guest bedroom/office space. Currently have a new living room couch, new fold out sofa bed in loft, and shopping for dining room table.

Me: 37 year old man, easy going LA native. work in education, 8-4 Mon-Fri. Eventually may need to do some work from home in loft space in early evenings on weekdays, only for a few hours. I am active and love watching sports. Open to creating small home gym in guest room loft/office space.

You: Must be vaccinated/boosted/believe in science. Mature, responsible, clean, fully employed (preferably no work from home), non-smoker, no pets. Looking for someone to sublease for at least 3 months commitment, open to long term if it works out.

**Must be willing to show proof of current income/employment and sign roommate agreement and lease agreement. Must complete lease application and credit check with landlord. Brief FaceTime required before apartment will be shown**
