Im looking for someone to takeover the remainder of my lease for a ~700 sq. ft. studio apartment in the NoDa. The location is extremely walkable with great bars, restaurants, breweries, and a YMCA all within 5-10 minutes walk. Additionally as Im leaving the area, Im looking to give away the furniture as part of the lease as well. The furniture includes:
Dining Room Table w/ 4 chairs
Sofa
55 LED 4K UHD Insignia FireTV
TV stand
Cookware including 2 skillets, 2 pots, 2 cutting boards, utensils, chefs knife, baking pans and misc. Cooking things (can opener, wine opener, tongs, grilling skewers, etc.)
Queen sized mattress and bedframe
6 drawer dresser

It definitely has bare minimum vibes but if youre moving to a new city and need a set of basic funiture and cookware to start with, you can have everything in the apartment once the sublease is over. The only catch is that everything in the apartment is yours once you take the lease and you have to take it with you or sell it when you decide to end your stay at the apartment. You would be capable of renewing the lease for the apartment as well if you like the apartment and area.
