If you are interested in subletting the place, Ill send over your name and email address to the property management, Lobos Management. The subletting period is for the remainder of 2024 and you have the option of taking over the lease at the end of the year.

To get a sublet approved the property management will run a general background check, credit check (620 or higher), and income check (3x rent gross). Once approved by the property management I do require a sublet agreement signed by both of us and notorized.

Garage Parking Fee - $90

Water/Sewage - In my name and varying total. Averages between $70-$90 a month. (Will send screenshot of total for the month from billing portal)
