Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease by June 15. I would pay the 250$ takeover fees but you would have to pay 50$ for the application fees, 500$ one-time fees if you are bringing an animal, and prove that you make 3 times the rough rent (which is 2060$).

* in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, AC, gym in the building
* secured parking spot included * possibility to take it over fully furnished (tv included) and to renew the lease for 1 to 15 months after November 26
* Potomac Yard metro station 15min walk
* 2 bus lines going to Crystal city and Braddock road metro stations (10min ride)
* 15min car ride to downtown DC and 20min car ride to DCA airport
