This property is in a gated community. Its only 8 years old. It is a good place for someone who is private and does not want disturbances

I live alone but I have grown up children that do not live with me but visit me for short periods.

I am looking for a responsible person who can lease 1-2 rooms for minimum of 12 months: the lease is renewable.. The person cannot sublet the rooms to another.
