One bedroom for rent in a single family home with two male roommates (28-year-old PhD student, and 30-year-old working professional). Bedroom furnished with bed/mattress, desk, wardrobe, drawers, and nightstand. Window AC unit included.
Ideally looking for another male roommate either in graduate school or workforce. No undergrads.
In unit washer/dryer (NOT coin op). Modern kitchen appliances all 4 years old. Small yard/porch with propane grill. Plenty of street parking (permit costs $10/year). Two full bathrooms. Plenty of storage space (basement and attic).
Common areas include two living rooms (main one upstairs/smaller one in basement that the PhD student uses as an office during the day), upstairs dining room, outside porch, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Both roommates enjoy gaming (videogames and tabletop) and host weekly-ish game nights. The PhD student is also a rower and happy to share his indoor rowing machine in the basement.
