This room has a full-size bed, smart TV and is separated from the rest of with a smart bookcase system. Its a very reasonable price. I should mention that the bookcase system doesnt completely insulate the area it has a small gap at the top portion of the room. The residence is located just next to SaInt-Laurent boulevard in the middle of downtown. Its located near all the main places of interest in the city, UQAM and McGill universities are within walking distances. The apartment building itself has a very good amenities and luxurious features like, indoor pool, sauna. laundry, surveillance camera, own convenience store and gym.
