This room has a full-size bed, smart TV and is separated from the rest of with a smart bookcase system. Its a very reasonable price. I should mention that the bookcase system doesnt completely insulate the area it has a small gap at the top portion of the room. Flex Plus is quite in demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. It gets the maximum extent of natural daylight and has a great view of the city. The building is one of the most luxurious Toronto highrises located at the intersection of Bloor St and Sherbourne St. The building includes a gym, Outdoor terrace, and a movie theatre. The building is located at a 3-minute walk to the subway station, only 15-minute walk to Ryerson University, and a 20-mnute walk to University of Toronto.
