The chalet Virgen del Carmen is located in the Las Jaras-Sol y Luna urbanization, a residential area surrounded by greenery and nature about 12 km from the historic city of Crdoba, an economic, cultural and architectural reference point for Andaluca. Located at the highest and coolest point of the city of Crdoba and surrounded by the Sierra de Crdoba and Sierra Morena mountain ranges, the chalet is part of a naturalistic environment of great beauty, composed of flora, fauna and a beautiful lake in front of which you can relax and enjoy the peace of nature. The lake can also be crossed by canoe. It is a perfect place for those who want to take a break from the chaos of modern life, while at the same time enjoying all the comforts and a good internet connection. Numerous trails, one of which is directly accessible from the chalet, allow for long excursions on foot or by bicycle. Some restaurants and a supermarket can also be reached in a few minutes by car.

The chalet is a large renovated country house of approximately 250 square meters with a large plot of land of approximately 2,000 square meters accompanied by a swimming pool. Inside it is divided into three apartments each with a separate entrance.

On the ground floor there is one of the apartments, the largest, approximately 125 square meters, equipped with a large living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed, a bathroom and three bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed, 1 with a double bed + 1 single bed).

On the upper floor there are two independent apartments of approximately 70 square meters each. Each of the two apartments has a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. Both individual apartments and the entire house are available for rent. The two apartments on the upper floor are suitable for stays of 3 to 4 people (beds in total 5), while the apartment on the ground floor is suitable for stays of 5 to 6 people (beds in total 8).

The entire house can accommodate 13-14 people (beds, including sofa bed, 18 in total).
