I am looking for a college student, or cool easy going person to sublease my room for 3 weeks while I am traveling June 22nd - July 13. Our apartment is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with backyard located in Bed Stuy. 13 min walk to the A train, 10 min walk from the the J train. 29 mins to Manhattan!! Deli next door and 2 grocery stores around the corner! My 3 roommates are clean and are good friends met at Fashion Institute of Technology!! LGBTQ friendly!!

The room has 2 large windows facing our private and quiet backyard, as we are on the 1st floor. Great natural light and quiet area, with high ceilings. The room has 2 dressers, 2 smaller storage drawers, a desk with mirror, and a full size mattress. We have a communal closet with 2 clothing racks with lots of empty space for hanging up clothes.

Living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard are all furnished.

Dates: Move in June 22nd available until July 13
Price: $750 for 3 weeks- all utilities and wifi included
