Hey guys! I am looking to sublease an apartment that I signed a lease for but will no longer be able to live there. It is an off campus apartment around 5 mins from FAU as well as 95 interstate. The rent is $1659 a month will all utilities except electric. It is a 3 story town home with a 2 car garage and it is a gated community with a pool and gym.
