Looking to sublet my room for July and August 2024. Private room with closet. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Living room is a shared space with 2 other roommates and comes furnished. Washer and drier in unit! One private bathroom and one shared. The shared bathroom is large.
You would have access to the gym, library, game room/lounge and top deck!
The game room has foos ball, 8ball pool, ping-pong, board games and a TV!
Top deck has an amazing view, fire pit and grill!
Dog and cat friendly.
The employees have always been really friendly and accommodating, and maintenance is always very responsive and friendly as well.
